Personal details and mailing address
Save these details privately to your account. Use “Use saved address” in a mailing layout to fill it in. Your address is not sent to AI or shared in the opportunity feed.
Download your workspace
Keep a copy of your tracker, notes, saved analyses, follow-up dates, purchases, saved profile/address and mailing-kit settings in a JSON file.
This contains private information. Store it somewhere safe. Public submissions, feedback, win stories and phone settings are excluded. Importing this file back into RebatePilot is not available yet.
Delete account
This deletes your RebatePilot account, tracker and notes, feedback, win stories, mailing subscription and submitted opportunities. It revokes all sign-in sessions. It does not delete your Google or ChatGPT account.
Other members' saved opportunity copies and protected backups are not immediately erased. Backup retention and public-release privacy policies are still being finalized.
