Can I save receipts and mailing proof?
On the web Tracker page, open My receipts & mailing proof. Add a title and upload a JPEG, PNG or PDF up to 500 KB, with up to 20 files per account. Files are private and can be downloaded or deleted there. They remain separate from purchase/tracker records; account deletion removes them and workspace export includes them.
What is RebatePilot?
A tool to discover opportunities, review official rules and track your own progress. It does not submit claims or guarantee rewards.
Do web and Android share my data?
Sign in using the same email/account. Tracker records, purchases, profile, follow-ups and saved analyses use the same account storage. Update Android to the latest preview for the newest screens.
Why can’t the analyzer read a website?
Some sites block automated access or require a browser session. Open the official source and supply its complete rules through the upload or paste options. Never paste private claim or receipt codes.
How do calendar downloads work?
In Tracker, switch to Calendar and export an individual date or all shown dates. Imports are one-time copies and do not change when you edit RebatePilot. Verify official cutoff times.
Where are my reminders?
Use the top notification bell. It shows past dates and the next 30 days alongside feature announcements. In-app reminders do not send emails or push alerts. Android device reminders are a separate opt-in feature for confirmed mailing deadlines.
How do I save my return address?
Open Profile, save your details, then choose Use saved address in a mailing layout. Check the filled details before using them. Profile addresses are not sent to AI.
How do I edit Planned entries?
In the mailing kit, clear or replace the number, enter a whole number from 1 to 100, then select Save kit.
How do I export or delete my account?
Profile contains workspace export and account deletion. Export does not include every account record; protected backups are not immediately erased after deletion. See the Privacy Notice.
