About the service
RebatePilot is operated by KPSV Technologies LLC. It helps you discover opportunities, review source material and organize personal records. It does not submit entries or claims on your behalf, administer third-party promotions or guarantee any reward.
Your responsibilities
Use the service lawfully and provide accurate information. Follow the official eligibility, entry, purchase, handwriting, AI-use and timing requirements for each opportunity. Never submit false claims, impersonate another person, upload malicious content or attempt unauthorized access. Keep your account secure and do not publish private addresses, receipt codes, claim numbers or information you lack permission to share.
Sources, community content and AI
Official sponsor or administrator terms control each opportunity. Listings, community posts, extracted rules and AI responses may be incomplete, outdated or incorrect. A reviewed-source label is not a guarantee of eligibility or accuracy. Confirm important details directly with the official provider before acting.
Your content
You retain your rights in content you provide. You permit RebatePilot to process and store it to provide the features you request. Content submitted for public sharing may be displayed to others; private tracker, profile and workspace records are not published to the feed. Submit only material you are authorized to use. We may remove public content that is misleading, unsafe or violates these terms.
Availability and reminders
The service may change or be interrupted. Calendar downloads are copies that do not automatically update. In-app reminders require opening or refreshing the app. Do not rely on RebatePilot as your only record of a deadline or purchase.
Third-party services
External websites and services have their own rules and privacy practices. RebatePilot is not responsible for their decisions, availability or fulfillment. Third-party names and trademarks remain the property of their owners.
Limitations and your rights
The service is provided as available, without a promise of uninterrupted access, error-free results or successful claims. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. These terms do not establish an arbitration agreement or waive statutory consumer rights.
Account controls and changes
You may stop using the service and manage or delete your account in Profile. See the Privacy Notice for deletion limits. Updated terms will show a revised date here. For questions, use Contact.
